All Products purchased are NOT refundable. You are strongly encouraged to fully evaluate the software prior to purchasing a software license. The Trial Software has pre-installed records to help you evaluate the program and is fully supported at no charge. Support is available by sending e-mail or calling.

Once payment is received, a Serial # will be emailed to the email address provided with the order. Registering the Program allows the Trial Version to become a Full Feature Program with unlimited entries. Also, registration will remove all the pre-installed demo records. If you ordered a CD-ROM, it will be mailed within 10 business.
